➣ L'intensivo si concluderà Domenica sera del 30 Giugno 2024 alle ore 19.00.

Quindi vi chiedo di ritagliarvi il tempo necessario per poter rimanere fino alla fine del processo, e non avere necessità di andarvene prima.

➣ Il vitto e l’alloggio saranno in un B&B adiacente alla sala di lavoro che utilizzeremo per i due giorni di workshop.

Vi verranno forniti previo versamento della caparra , tutti i dettagli logistici.

★ Offriamo poi come possibilità extra per la fase integrativa , di poter rimanere Domenica sera , cenare insieme, e praticare nel post cena uno scambio di coccole e massaggi e un cerchio di semplice e pura condivisione approfondita.

E poter poi pernottare Domenica 30 Giugno 2024, e la mattinata del Lunedì 1 Luglio praticare esercizi dolci di ricentratura , nutrimento, rilassamento e una meditazione per integrare il lavoro svolto nei due giorni precedenti.

Ufficialmente il workshop si chiude definitivamente Lunedì 1 Luglio alle 13.00.

Nel pomeriggio di Lunedì 1 Luglio, per chi vorrà’ rimanere , verra’ dedicato al relax , alle passeggiate sul lago, a prendere il sole o a una camminata leggere sulle colline di Verbania.

Questi weekend sono un processo profondo per il risveglio e il nutrimento, guarigione e fioritura del nostro Potenziale Umano.

E di tutte le nostre qualità. E’ un processo profondo, molto delicato , lento ma allo stesso tempo dinamico e mirato.

Attraverso il quale , ritorniamo a pulsare nella nostra Essenza e da li’ ci dischiudiamo con rispetto e accoglienza, con sensibilita’ e contatto fisico dolce, tutto il nostro

POTENZIALE RICETTIVO A TUTTI I LIVELLI, CORPO, MENTE, EMOZIONI, SPIRITO.

La prima parte si basa su una pratica con strumenti molto semplici e diretti, di ricentratura, e risensibilizzazione sensoriale corporea, emozionale e spirituale.

Poi passeremo al risveglio e risperimentazione della nostra QUALITA’ DI BASE, la nostra capacità RICETTIVA, o SENSIBILITA’.

Quindi risperimenteremo il CONTATTO, perché è attraverso esso che vengono attuati traumi e condizionamenti.

Lo risperimenteremo con una modalità funzionale alle nostre umane naturali esigenze e bisogno di Amorevolezza.

Dopodiché andremo anche a riaprire quegli spazi profondi corporei e di sensibilità’ empatico emozionale, dove risiede il sentire e i vissuti dei nostri Bisogni Primari umani. Che ben siamo coscienti sono stati troppo spesso e volentieri feriti e abusati, sopratutto in questi ultimi anni.

In tutto questo praticheremo un nuovo approccio alle nostre EMOZIONI, attraverso il quale, insieme all’utilizzo della nostra stessa accoglienza e di quella altrui verso esse, potremo reintegrarle, riscoprendone l’importanza, il messaggio, la loro qualità, la loro energia, la loro vera essenza.

Includendo anche la Paura, quell’emozione che se non reintegrata, domina e conduce nella nostra più totale inconsapevolezza tutto il nostro vivere. Precludendoci di vivere invece attraverso la nostra gioia e integrità con ciò che veramente sentiamo importante e gradevole per noi.

In essa è contenuta la chiave per dischiudere tutta quella infinita, meravigliosa capacità di AMARE CHE E’ RACCHIUSA NEL NOSTRO CUORE.

Questo percorso ci supporta per ripartire nei nostri percorsi di Autoesplorazione non più dal problema o dallo sbilanciamento o disequilibrio, ma dalla nostra Essenza (sulla quale sono state impostate le ferite o i traumi e i condizionamenti), e dalle sue qualità di base.

E così facendo possiamo radicarci in noi e attivare quel potenziale di Coscienza e Amorevolezza nostro, per riuscire sia a veramente completare un necessario momento di Autoguarigione, sia a nutrirci dell’amore per noi stessi e gli altri, sia per espanderci in esso infinitamente.

Praticare prima di tutto, nonostante potenziali squilibri o carichi emozionali, o traumi cronicizzati, le nostre qualità di DOLCEZZA, GIOIA, EMPATIA, ACCOGLIENZA, ASCOLTO, RICONOSCIMENTO, AMOREVOLEZZA, verso noi stessi e ciò che ci circonda, ci aiuta a nutrire la nostra Anima (o Essenza) e a riportare molto naturalmente un completamento di risposte emozionali corporee e memorie come contemporaneamente di sviluppare le nostre capacità umane empatiche.

Poi esploreremo la nostra capacità ALCHEMICA di TRASMUTAZIONE E DI CREAZIONE.

E il piacere e la gioia intrinseca che si sprigiona quando si CONDIVIDE questa nostra naturale qualità.

Sopratutto con un approccio e modalità, sia passive che attive, per accogliere ed esplorare tutto il nostro corpo, mente, ed emozioni.

Sara’ un percorso profondo e delicato allo stesso tempo.

Dinamico, e anche consapevole….in cui potremo sperimentare l’essere TOTALMENTE COINVOLTO, in modo da risvegliare e allargare la nostra capacità di AUTOCONSAPEVOLEZZA. Cioè’ di osservare nella presenza del CUORE.

Utilizzeremo tecniche di Body work, come l’AUM Meditation nella sua forma tradizionale, come punto base di riferimento, e poi anche elementi di Bonding Psychotherapy, Bioenergetica, Emotional Release work, Primal Therapy, Respiro, Danza, Corenergetics, Meditazione, e tanti abbracci e cerchi di condivisione.

Termineremo il percorso con un processo a ritroso verso il nostro CENTRO.

E un paio di rituali, per riconoscere la bellezza, la magia, la SACRALITA’, e sopratutto ….LA GRATITUDINE E GIOIA DI ESSERE ..UMANI!!

Concluderemo con semplici esercizi di ricentratura e integrazione, e azioni mirate per creare un intento per il nostro futuro attraverso il quale poter traslare l’esperienza interiore, nel nostro vivere quotidiano e nei nostri progetti e visione di vita.

Voglio sostenere in Italia la proposta di questi eventi, con questo formato, che include il FOLLOW UP DEL LUNEDI POST WEEKEND, per cercare di rinforzare la fiducia delle persone nelle proprie qualità umane, nella propria capacita’ di autocoscienza, coscienza e amorevolezza. Perché sono le basi per la possibilità di risensibilizzarci, e di recuperare le nostre risorse interiori appieno allo scopo di ritornare a esser capaci di CO CREARE UNA NUOVA VITA E UNA NUOVA REALTA’, proprio DONANDO ALLA VITA STESSA CIO’ CHE ESSA CI HA DONATO IN FORMA DI POTENZIALE.

Proprio, nutrendolo, sperimentandolo, condividendolo, scambiandolo con gli altri e con la Vita stessa.

Dopo 35 anni di diretta Autoesplorazione, e di ricerche, e condivisione, sono fermamente convinto che esistano motivi molto positivi e profondi, per i quali NOI ESSERI UMANI SIAMO QUI. E uno dei miei più profondi obiettivi e’ di acconsentire che questi “MOTIVI” possano esser realizzati appieno.

E cioè che l’AMOREVOLEZZA E COSCIENZA che siamo possano maturare, fiorire e co creare ancor più AMORE E COSCIENZA, bellezza, armonia, ricettività, trasmutazione, creazione, espansione.

Sono anche fermamente convinto, per esperienza diretta e indiretta, che ogni essere umano contiene infiniti potenziali e possibilità, ognuno in modo e forma uniche e irripetibili, e per questo fondamentali per la Vita.

Se questo mio intento risuona con i vostri, sarò più che felice di meditare insieme a voi.

Se non vi risuona, sarò ugualmente ben felice di accogliervi e ascoltare i vostri obiettivi e visione di vita, meditando insieme.

I hope to please you by inviting you to the 1st H.P.E.P. Meeting. Intensive in Italy.

➣ This type of Experience is open to everyone (as long as they are adults)

➣ The intensive will end on Sunday evening of June 30, 2024 at 7.00 pm.

So I ask you to carve out the time necessary to be able to stay until the end of the process, and not need to leave early.

These weekends are a profound process of awakening and nurturing, healing and flowering our Human Potential.

And all our qualities. It is a profound process, very delicate, slow but at the same time dynamic and targeted.

Through which, we return to pulsate in our Essence and from there we open up with respect and acceptance, with sensitivity and sweet physical contact, all of our

RECEPTIVE POTENTIAL AT ALL LEVELS, BODY, MIND, EMOTIONS, SPIRIT.

The first part is based on a practice with very simple and direct tools, of re-centering, and bodily, emotional and spiritual sensorial re-sensitisation.

Then we will move on to the awakening and re-experimentation of our BASIC QUALITY, our RECEPTIVE capacity, or SENSITIVITY.

So we will re-experience CONTACT, because it is through it that traumas and conditioning are implemented.

We will experience it again in a way that is functional to our natural human needs and need for Loving Kindness.

After that we will also reopen those deep bodily spaces and spaces of emotional empathic sensitivity, where the feelings and experiences of our Human Primary Needs reside. We are well aware that they have too often and willingly been hurt and abused, especially in recent years.

In all of this we will practice a new approach to our EMOTIONS, through which, together with the use of our own hospitality and that of others towards them, we will be able to reintegrate them, rediscovering their importance, their message, their quality, their energy, their their true essence.

Also including Fear, that emotion which, if not reintegrated, dominates and leads our entire life into our most total unawareness. Preventing us from living instead through our joy and integrity with what truly feels important and pleasant to us.

It contains the key to unlocking all that infinite, wonderful capacity to LOVE WHICH IS ENCLOSED IN OUR HEART.

This path supports us to restart our Self-exploration paths no longer from the problem or from the imbalance or disequilibrium, but from our Essence (on which the wounds or traumas and conditioning were based), and from its basic qualities.

And in doing so we can take root within ourselves and activate that potential of our Consciousness and Lovingness, to be able to both truly complete a necessary moment of Self-healing, and to nourish ourselves with love for ourselves and others, and to expand in it infinitely.

Practicing first of all, despite potential imbalances or emotional loads, or chronic traumas, our qualities of SWEETNESS, JOY, EMPATHY, WELCOME, LISTENING, RECOGNITION, LOVINGNESS, towards ourselves and what surrounds us, helps us nourish our Soul (or Essence) and to very naturally bring about a completion of bodily emotional responses and memories as well as simultaneously developing our empathic human abilities.

Then we will explore our ALCHEMICAL capacity for TRANSMUTATION AND CREATION.

And the pleasure and intrinsic joy that is released when we SHARE this natural quality of ours.

Above all with an approach and methods, both passive and active, to welcome and explore our entire body, mind and emotions.

It will be a profound and delicate journey at the same time.

Dynamic, and also aware....in which we will be able to experience being TOTALLY INVOLVED, in order to awaken and broaden our capacity for SELF-AWARENESS. That is, to observe in the presence of the HEART.

We will use Body work techniques, such as AUM Meditation in its traditional form, as a basic point of reference, and then also elements of Bonding Psychotherapy, Bioenergetics, Emotional Release work, Primal Therapy, Breathing, Dance, Corenergetics, Meditation, and lots of hugs and seek sharing.

We will end the journey with a backward process towards our CENTRE.

And a couple of rituals, to recognize the beauty, the magic, the SACREDNESS, and above all...THE GRATITUDE AND JOY OF BEING...HUMAN!!

We will conclude with simple recentring and integration exercises, and targeted actions to create an intent for our future through which we can translate the inner experience into our daily lives and into our plans and vision of life.

I want to support the proposal of these events in Italy, with this format, which includes the MONDAY POST WEEKEND FOLLOW UP, to try to strengthen people's trust in their own human qualities, in their own capacity for self-awareness, conscience and kindness. Because they are the basis for the possibility of resensitizing ourselves, and of fully recovering our internal resources with the aim of returning to being capable of CO CREATING A NEW LIFE AND A NEW REALITY, precisely by GIVING TO LIFE ITSELF WHAT IT HAS GIVEN US IN FORM OF POTENTIAL.

Own, nourishing it, experimenting with it, sharing it, exchanging it with others and with Life itself.

After 35 years of direct self-exploration, research, and sharing, I am firmly convinced that there are very positive and profound reasons why WE HUMAN BEINGS ARE HERE. And one of my deepest goals is to allow these “REASONS” to be fully realized.

And that is, that the LOVINGNESS AND CONSCIOUSNESS that we are can mature, flourish and create even more LOVE AND CONSCIOUSNESS, beauty, harmony, receptivity, transmutation, creation, expansion.

I am also firmly convinced, from direct and indirect experience, that every human being contains infinite potential and possibilities, each in a unique and unrepeatable way and form, and therefore fundamental for Life.
